Pool rules at LOTE4 The pool is opened every day from 8:00 AM till 11:00 PM. (No lifeguard on duty) The use of the swimming pools is entirely at own risk. It is not allowed to dive/jump into the pool. Food and glassware are not permitted in the pool.
Quiet time: 23.00-07.00 please keep the noise down. Respect your neighbor’s night rest. Help us maintain the serenity and peacefulness of the building.
We don´t sell alcohol But you are allowed to bring and use your own alcohol

We don´t serve breakfast But we have fully equipped kitchens in every studio so you can ´prepare any meal you like

Visitors allowed ere is no extra charge if you bring a visitor to your room, but according to our house-rules the visitor must be over 18 years old
